10:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M.
Noon to 4:00 P.M.
(Last tour at 3:00 P.M.)
Winter tours: Guided tours on Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday. Self-guided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The Museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Day after Christmas.

Full-time Event Coordinator
The Enfield Shaker Museum, a non-profit educational institution dedicated to interpreting and preserving the history, culture, and architectural legacy of the Enfield Shakers, has an opening for the position of Event Coordinator.
The Event Coordinator’s primary role is to promote and coordinate rentals of the Museum’s facilities, including overnight rooms, for weddings, conferences, programs, and other functions. Assisting with major Museum educational and fundraising events is also required.
Previous event coordination experience, high energy, ability to multitask and the willingness to be part of a larger team is required. Seasonal weekend work also required.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Constant Contact
Familiarity with Constant Contact
Ability to use the Internet and the Outlook Master Calendar
Experience working with outside vendors
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service skills in soliciting and maintaining customer relationships
Ability to lift 30 to 40 pounds and climb stairs
Marketing experience and experience using FileMaker Pro, Publisher or In-Design a plus
