Savor the rich flavors of roast duck breast drizzled in a raspberry maple sauce\, complemented by a creamy pumpkin risotto and a fresh fall harvest salad with mixed greens\, ginger-roasted pears\, beets\, goat cheese\, apple cider dressing\, and toasted walnuts. To finish\, indulge in a warm\, homemade apple crisp served with vanilla ice cream—pure autumn bliss! \nAfter dinner\, we’ll head upstairs to the elegant Meeting Room for an intimate performance by the incredibly talented Tim Kelly. Tim\, a pianist and vocalist with over 9\,000 performances under his belt\, will perform timeless classics from the Great American Songbook\, offering his own unique vocal and piano interpretations of iconic songs by the likes of Frank Sinatra\, Tony Bennett\, and Diana Krall.
