DESCRIPTION:Mary Keane Chapel Organ and Flute Recital\nSunday\, September 10\, 2023\n4:00 pm\nEnfield Shaker Museum\nFeaturing\nJoshua Brown – Organist\nRebecca Carson Rogers – Flutist\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Mary Keane Chapel Organ and Flute Recital with Organist Joshua Brown and Flutist Rebecca Carson Rogers presenting a concert that includes organ works by Buxtehude\, Franck\, and Mendelssohn\, and compositions for Flute and Organ\, including a set of French pieces and works by Quantz and Libby Larsen. \nJoshua is Music Director at the Norwich Congregational Church\, Norwich\, VT and Director of the Kendal Chorale\, Hanover\, NH. Rebecca Carson Rogers is an accomplished chamber music and orchestral flutist\, conductor and teacher\, who has recently resettled in the Upper Valley. \n\n\n\nReservations are not required. Plenty of free parking. \nSuggested donation $15.00. All concert donations support the ongoing restoration of the historic Casavant Organ in Mary Keane Chapel. \n\n\n\n
