DESCRIPTION:Soup & Biscuits Workshop\nSunday\, January 12th\, 2025\n2:00 – 5:00 pm\nEnfield Shaker Museum \n447 NH Route 4A \nEnfield\, NH 03748 \nJoin local chefs Nan Munsey Carolyn Freese in this culinary workshop to create a sampling of winter soups and homemade biscuits. Make it a cozy afternoon in the kitchen of the Great Stone Dwelling by learning to make two soups and the best biscuits you have ever tasted! Participants will learn techniques for enhancing soup stocks and creating tender biscuits.  Soup sampling and biscuit munching at the end of the workshop!\nPlan to take recipes and a small sample of each home. \nSoups: \nGinger Garlic Chicken Noodle Soup\nVegetable Soup with Caramelized Onions and Pecorino cheese \nwith \nSour Cream and Flaky Cheddar Biscuits \nWho are Nan Munsey and Carolyn Freese? \nCarolyn Freese is the owner of Duck Soup Catering in Canaan\, NH where she has been honing her trade for 23 years.  Although no longer an active partner at Duck Soup Catering\, Nan Munsey was one of the founding partners.
