DESCRIPTION:Shaker-Inspired Winter Solstice Dinner\nDecember 21\, 2022   7:00 pm\nGreat Stone Dwelling\n  \nCelebrate the beginning of the winter season\, and the shortest day of the year with a Shaker-inspired dinner lovingly prepared by Chef Tony Rinella. \nGather and dine with us on Wednesday\, December 21st at 7:00 pm as we acknowledge nature’s ever-changing cycles\, connect as a community\, and revel in the peace and magic of the Christmas season. \nEach table in the Meeting Room of the Great Stone Dwelling will be adorned with a two-foot tabletop tree centerpiece\, thoughtfully decorated by supporters of Enfield Shaker Museum to be auctioned off during the evening to guests in attendance. \nThe three-course meal includes: \nPear and Buratta Salad with Arugula\, Candied Walnuts\, and Citrus Vin \nBaked Pork Loin in an Apple and Onion Cider Cream Sauce \nRoasted Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan\, and Sweet Potatoes \nMaple White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Homemade Caramel Sauce \n14 Hands Cabernet Sauvignon \nA bar with assorted beer\, wine\, cider\, and mixed drinks will be available for purchase as well. \n  \nAfter dinner\, a candlelight sing-a-long of favorite Shaker hymns and Christmas carols will bring the evening to peaceful conclusion.
