Intimidated by pruning?  We are here to help, learn from an expert how to prune your apple trees, blueberry bushes, and grape vines.

Join UNH Master Gardener Henry Homeyer in the garden for a hands-on demonstration and instructions while pruning Enfield Shaker Museum’s fruit bearing trees, vines, and bushes.

Beginner through experienced gardeners are welcome! Please bring pruner or loppers, work gloves, and warm clothing for an outdoor hands-on experience!!!

Henry Homeyer is a lifelong organic gardener living in Cornish, NH, where he has been planting flowers and trees since 1970. He is the author of four gardening books, and has written a weekly gardening column for newspapers around New England for more than 24 years. He teaches organic gardening workshops throughout New England and is a regular monthly commentator on Vermont Public Radio.
