The Great Stone Dwelling was completed in 1841 and features authentic Shaker architecture and design. Clean, bright, and welcoming, the building’s rooms have a historic country feeling in the Shaker style. On the first floor, you will find the Dining Room and the Kitchen. We have a restaurant-style kitchen equipped for large parties. On the second floor, you will find the Meeting Room. Both the Dining Room and Meeting Room are popular locations for receptions, parties, workshops, and meetings. Located on the third and fourth floors of this spectacular building are 20 Retiring Rooms available for your guests. Available all year.

Located across the street from the Great Stone Dwelling, at the foot of Mt. Assurance, the Stone Mill makes for a beautiful rustic setting. This building’s 2200 square feet can be set up to your liking, and it is popular for both sit-down parties and as a ‘Cocktail Hour’ location. Its rustic interior can also be used for workshops or as a home base for outdoor activities – There are multiple trails leading into NH Fish and Game land easily accessible from the Stone Mill.
