Celebrate the beginning of the winter season, and the shortest day of the year with a Shaker-inspired dinner lovingly prepared by Chef Tony Rinella.
Gather and dine with us on Wednesday, December 21st at 7:00 pm as we acknowledge nature’s ever-changing cycles, connect as a community, and revel in the peace and magic of the Christmas season.
Each table in the Meeting Room of the Great Stone Dwelling will be adorned with a two-foot tabletop tree centerpiece, thoughtfully decorated by supporters of Enfield Shaker Museum to be auctioned off during the evening to guests in attendance.
The three-course meal includes:
Pear and Buratta Salad with Arugula, Candied Walnuts, and Citrus Vin
Baked Pork Loin in an Apple and Onion Cider Cream Sauce
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan, and Sweet Potatoes
Maple White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Homemade Caramel Sauce
14 Hands Cabernet Sauvignon
A bar with assorted beer, wine, cider, and mixed drinks will be available for purchase as well.
After dinner, a candlelight sing-a-long of favorite Shaker hymns and Christmas carols will bring the evening to peaceful conclusion. We hope to see you there!
