The Enfield Shaker Museum Children’s Garden is a place where curiosity blossoms. Designed especially for young visitors, this interactive garden invites children to explore the natural world through hands-on discovery, imaginative play, and sensory experiences.

Visiting the Children’s Garden

The Children’s Garden is open during regular Museum hours and free for all visitors!

To help everyone enjoy the garden:

  • Children should be accompanied by an adult.
  • We encourage gentle exploration: look closely, smell the flowers and herbs, and touch plants only where invited.
  • Leave flowers, fruits, and seeds for other visitors, wildlife, and future learning.
