On August 20th at the Mary Keane Chapel Organ and Soprano Recital,  Organist Jeffrey Cutts and Soprano Laine Cutts will present Francois Courperin’s organ mass Messe pour les Couvents, performed as it might have been heard in the 17th century, with traditional plainchant incipits.
Jeffrey is an organist and singer, currently serving as Minister of Music at the First Congregational Church, Nantucket, MA.
Laine is a vocalist and director of choral music at Cyrus Peirce Middle School, Nantucket, MA.
Reservations not required. Plenty of free parking.
Suggested donation $15.00. All concert donations support the ongoing restoration of the historic Casavant Organ in the Mary Keane Chapel.
