Celebrate the beginning of the winter season, and the shortest day of the year with a Shaker-inspired Winter Solstice Dinner lovingly prepared by Chef Tony Rinella.
Gather and dine with us in the historic Great Stone Dwelling Dining Room on Thursday, December 21st at 6:00 pm as we acknowledge nature’s ever-changing cycles, connect as a community, and revel in the peace and magic of the Christmas season.
The evening will begin in the Shaker Meeting Room with appetizers and a complimentary drink ticket. Live music by Tim Kelly and a Festival of Trees. Enjoy a display of beautifully decorated table top trees designed and decorated by local businesses and individuals. “Vote” for your favorite trees with raffle tickets, and be part of the fun as we draw the winning tickets and award the trees.
The three-course meal includes:
Warm Brie, Dates, Apples, and Candied Walnuts Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Ciabatta Crostini
Honey-Brined Pork Loin with Bacon Cornbread Stuffing
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan
White Chocolate Maple Cheesecake
A bar with assorted beer, wine, cider, and mixed drinks will be available for purchase.
