Come to the Enfield Shaker Herb Garden and experience the tranquil ambiance of the surrounding Enfield landscape in this “Chosen Vale” named by the Shakers who once lived and worked on this land.
Join Museum Garden Coordinator Susan Quinlan for a ceremonial herbal tea ritual. Engage in a mindful tea preparation and meaningful reflection on the interconnectedness of nature’s gifts, community and wellness. Discover how herbal teas can improve relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner harmony.
Stroll the paths of our historic herb garden, immerse yourself in the soothing aromas and flavors of the herbs as you pick a custom tea blend for your ceremonial tea celebration.
All materials are included.

Want to know more about Susan Quinlan?
Susan Quinlan is a retired registered nurse who has been creating and caring for gardens for forty-nine years. She is a self taught and dedicated organic gardener living in Canaan, NH. Â She grows flowers, herbs, vegetables, perennials, and shrubs on a northern slope. Susan creates wreaths for all seasons and gives hands-on workshops in wildcrafting. She is currently the Garden Coordinator at Enfield Shaker Museum. Her passion is to create connections between people and plants.
